By focusing on a low-volume caseload, we ensure that every session is met with the advanced somatic expertise and clinical depth required for meaningful change.
Professional Fees
Transparency allows you to make informed decisions about your mental health care. Our current professional rates are as follows:
Clinical Consultation & Intake (60 Minutes): $275
Individual Processing Session (55 Minutes): $225
Intensive Extended Session (90 Minutes): $325
Flexible Options with CareCredit®
We are pleased to accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card designed to help you manage out-of-pocket costs. This option allows you to begin your healing journey immediately while managing the cost over time through a dedicated credit line.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Square One Counseling is mostly a private-pay practice. We do not bill most insurance companies directly. This model protects your privacy, ensures your records are not shared with insurance databases, and allows us to determine the frequency and duration of your care based solely on your clinical needs.
Superbills: Upon request, we provide a monthly "Superbill" (a detailed clinical receipt) that you may submit to your PPO insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
HSA/FSA: We accept Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account debit cards for all services.
The No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers must provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. We provide a Good Faith Estimate within three business days of a request.
