About
Clinical Precision meets Somatic Restoration
I believe that high-performers, medical professionals, and athletes don't need more "coping skills"—they need a specialist who understands the biology of survival.
My clinical foundation was built in the front-line environments of St. Louis. My years in case management with dual diagnosis and unhoused populations, and my time as an in-house therapist at Lindenwood University, taught me a fundamental truth: The body does not care about your logic; it only cares about your safety.
From Stabilization to Performance
Working in the inner city with youth and individuals rebuilding their lives from zero taught me how to create stability in the midst of chaos. I learned how to help people reclaim their mental health when they had nothing but their own will to survive and the most basic resources.
Today, I apply that same "ground-up" restoration to high-performers. Whether you are navigating a high-stakes medical career or recovering from a performance-ending injury, the biological "Always On" script is the same. I use a combination of IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR to help you identify the "Protector Parts" that have kept you stuck in a cycle of burnout, passivity, or aggression.
The Foundations of My Practice
My perspective is grounded in real-world restoration. I have spent my career witnessing how the most "unhealthy" behaviors are often brilliant survival strategies:
Stabilization & Resourcefulness: I understand how to create a path forward when the external world feels like it is collapsing.
High-Stakes Crisis & Containment: From providing immediate support at Lindenwood University to navigating acute traumatic events, I specialize in complex cases where the stakes are high and the path forward is unclear.
The Reconstruction of Agency: My work focuses on reclaiming the "self" from the subconscious shields that keep the world at a distance.
Reclaiming Movement: Helping you move back into the driver’s seat—returning to your field, your sport, or your life after years of paralyzing fear.
